On the morning of August 8, the Party Committee of Minh Chau commune, Hanoi City held the first Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress was Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of Hanoi City Police.
Following the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress evaluated the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term; set out directions, goals, tasks and main solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term. Delegates also discussed and contributed opinions to the draft Documents of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
With a spirit of urgency and responsibility, 100% of the delegates present voted in high agreement with the contents presented at the Congress. The Executive Committee of the Minh Chau Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 18 comrades, was introduced at the Congress.
The first Congress of the Minh Chau Commune Party Committee is the opening milestone for the new development journey of Minh Chau Commune, with the orientation of "Green - Civilized - Happiness". To realize the socio-economic development goals in the new term, the Commune Party Committee has proposed two breakthroughs and 10 groups of solutions.
In particular, the top priority is planning, attracting and effectively exploiting resources, focusing on investing in building a synchronous and modern infrastructure; at the same time promoting digital transformation, building a digital government, digital society and digital citizens to serve comprehensive development.
In the previous term, the Party Committee and People of Minh Chau commune united to overcome difficulties and achieved many important results in all fields. Most of the targets have been achieved and exceeded the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term. The economy has grown quite well; Facilities and socio-economic infrastructure have been invested with focus and key points.
This Congress has completed the entire proposed program and achieved great success, creating a premise for unified thinking, will and action throughout the Party Committee.
Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of Hanoi City Police Department suggested that the Minh Chau Commune Party Committee should focus on implementing a number of key tasks in the coming time. In particular, it emphasized the requirement for localities to have high political determination, push back difficulties and challenges, effectively promote potential and strengths to create strong changes in the next 5 years.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung noted that Minh Chau needs to maximize existing advantages, mobilize all resources and combined strengths in the area, gradually build and develop the commune to become a typical model of sustainable agriculture and eco-tourism, rich in identity, safe and livable - in line with the spirit and goals set by the draft Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress.
To effectively implement that requirement, the entire Party Committee, political system, all levels, sectors, and the Fatherland Front of Minh Chau commune need to further promote the spirit of dynamism and creativity; continue to innovate thinking, leadership style, and working methods; and be determined in directing and operating.

In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to creating all favorable conditions to attract investors and businesses to the area; strive to achieve 15% of average income per capita by 2030.
In planning and construction work, it is necessary to strengthen land management, improve the quality and efficiency of planning and planning implementation management. Promote the construction of a modern and synchronous technical and social infrastructure system, associated with land management, environmental protection and ensuring traffic order and safety. At the same time, focus on effectively solving pressing issues such as construction order and environmental sanitation.
