On August 6, according to information from the Phu Tho Provincial Electronic Information Portal, on the occasion of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), 3 projects will be started and inaugurated in the locality.
The projects include: Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Yen Lac Regional Medical Center and the Provincial Cultural and Artistic House.
To ensure progress and organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony solemnly, Phu Tho province has directed departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties, especially site clearance, complete legal procedures, environmental impact assessment reports, fire prevention and fighting designs and acceptance.
Investors and contractors are required to mobilize maximum human resources and machinery, organize construction in "3 shifts, 4 teams" to complete according to plan.
According to research, the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park Project has an area of 295.74 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 2,200 billion, located in Binh Nguyen and Xuan Lang communes. The project is developed in a green - smart - sustainable direction, with modern infrastructure and international environmental standards.
When completed, this will be one of the major production bases in the North, attracting electronics, technology, mechanical engineering, supporting industries, and logistics. Currently, the project has basically completed phase I of compensation, land allocation and legal procedures, ready for the groundbreaking ceremony for online connection with the whole country.
The project to build and upgrade the Yen Lac Regional Medical Center will start construction at the end of 2023, with an area of over 1,900m2, a total investment of over 313 billion VND, and a scale of 250 beds.
Up to this point, the investor and the construction units have completed the project and are coordinating with relevant units in acceptance work, completing documents, handing over the project, ensuring the aesthetics and quality of the project.
The Phu Tho Province Cultural and Artistic House project started construction in April 2022 in Hung Vuong Square, with an area of nearly 18,000m2, a total investment of nearly 426 billion VND, and a capacity of 1,000 seats. The project consists of 3 floors above ground, 1 basement, 1 roof floor.
Despite difficulties in terms of site clearance, capital and human resources, the project is still being accelerated, currently completing the interior, installing equipment and auxiliary items to be inaugurated in August 2025.
The selection of these three projects to start construction and inaugurate at the same time as the whole country not only creates a vibrant competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), but also a highlight in attracting investment, developing industry, preserving and promoting cultural identity, improving people's lives in the new period.
