On July 24, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to approve the content of the organization of the 24th Provincial Police Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Following the direction of the Central Government, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on preparing for the congress, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has urgently, seriously and responsibly prepared carefully the contents to serve the Congress. The draft congress documents were carefully and meticulously drafted and consulted many times. The next term goal of the Provincial Police Party Committee is: Firmly protecting national security, proactively responding to and handling timely and effectively traditional and non-traditional security threats, not being passive or surprised in any situation. Create changes and positiveness in social order and safety, contributing to promoting the economic, cultural, social and foreign development of the province, improving people's lives. Breakthrough in the development of science, technology, innovation, creativity, digital transformation of the activities of the Provincial Police. Improve logistics and technical potential, complete construction of synchronous and modern infrastructure and facilities. Focus on building the Party, building forces, strive for a disciplined, elite, and modern provincial police force by 2030.
Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh Province - highly appreciated and praised the congress preparation work that has been implemented by the Provincial Police Party Committee in a thorough, thoughtful and methodical manner. In particular, the content of the draft Political Report has fully updated the major directives and orientations of the Central Government and the province in the coming term. Especially the contents related to the implementation of Resolution 57 in the Public Security force. He suggested that the Provincial Police Party Committee continue to complete preparations to be able to organize the congress according to the schedule agreed upon by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the whole province.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Mr. Tran Van Phuc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police - on being promoted from Colonel to Major General.
The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that this is a recognition by the Party and State for the contributions of Major General Tran Van Phuc personally as well as the Provincial Police force in general. At the same time, he hoped that the provincial police force would promote the results achieved in the past time, continue to perform well the assigned tasks, maintain political security and social order and safety in the area.
