At the conference, the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee was announced to transfer Mr. Pham Quoc Chuong - Director of the Department of Construction to work at the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee, term 2020-2025; at the same time, introduce him to the City People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, term 2021-2026.
At the conference, Ms. Dam Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of Tuyen Quang City Party Committee was also appointed to join the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang City for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Chuong has worked for nearly 30 years (from October 1995 to January 2025).
From October 1995 to April 2002, he worked as a specialist at the Bridge Project Management Board, Deputy Head of the General Administration Department, Department of Transport of Tuyen Quang province.
From April 2002 to May 2015, he worked as an Office Specialist, Deputy Head, Head of Planning and Construction Department, Office of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee.
From May 2015 to June 2022, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms, and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City for the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 terms.
From January 2022 to June 2022, he was Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province. From July 2022 to present, he is a member of the Provincial People's Committee and Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province.
