On February 13, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong chaired a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee Le Trung Kien announced 2 decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 1179-QD/TU, dated February 11, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided: Mr. Bui Duy Cuong (born in 1973) - City Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Soc Son Commune People's Council will no longer participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and no longer hold the position of Secretary of Soc Son Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; transferred and assigned to work at the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dai, Director of Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, transferred to work at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, holding the position of Chief of the Central New Rural Coordination Office.
According to Decision No. 1186-QD/TU, dated February 11, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided: Mr. Bui Bao Tuan (born in 1978), no longer holds the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; transferred to work in Soc Son commune, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Soc Son Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Manh Quan announced the Decision of the City People's Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 729/QD-UBND, the Chairman of the City People's Committee decided to receive and appoint Mr. Bui Duy Cuong (born in 1973) - City Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Soc Son commune to work at the Department of Agriculture and Environment, holding the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong said that agriculture and environment are very important fields for the city's development.
