According to initial information, at about 5:55 am on the same day, on the Ho Chi Minh road, passing Doi Thong intersection, Nhan Co commune (Lam Dong province), a serious chain collision occurred, killing 3 people.
At the above time, driver Nguyen Quoc Dao (35 years old, residing in Khanh Hoa province) was driving a tractor-trailer in the direction from Lam Dong to Dong Nai when he suddenly collided with the rear of a truck with Dak Lak license plate running in the same direction.
The strong collision caused the truck with license plate 47B-258. 58 to be thrown to the left side, crashing into 2 motorbikes including motorbike with license plate 47H1-172. 97 driven by Ms. D. T. O (born in 1987, residing in Nhan Co commune, Lam Dong province) and motorbike with license plate 47P1-126. 00 (driver unknown) traveling in the opposite direction.
The accident killed 3 people on 2 motorbikes on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the police force of Nhan Co commune coordinated with the police of Lam Dong province to blockade the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.
The cause of the accident is being further clarified by functional agencies.
