At this session, the City People's Council is expected to consider and approve the following contents:
Giving opinions to approve the Report proposing amendments to the Capital Law.
Considering the Report proposing the construction of the Capital's overall plan with a 100-year vision.
The Resolution decides on the criteria and levels of compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land to implement the Investment Project to build the Olympic Sports Urban Area and the Investment Project of the Red River Landscape Avenue in Hanoi City.
Resolution on adjusting the Housing Development Program of Hanoi City for the period 2021-2030.
Resolution Approving the Smart City Development Project of Hanoi City to 2030, vision to 2045.
Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the total source of the 2026 Public Investment Plan for the city budget.
Resolution Amending and supplementing Resolution No. 45/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2024 of the City People's Council on stipulating specific prices for medical examination and treatment services at state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under Hanoi City.
