According to the plan of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on implementing Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 dated February 19, 2025 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the arrangement of the state apparatus, the People's Committee of the province requires departments, branches and district-level People's Committees to carry out a number of tasks.
As soon as the competent authority or person has a document regulating the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure or regulations related to the changes, it must be made public.
Departments, branches, and district-level People's Committees receive, respond, guide, and answer questions related to the functions, tasks, and powers of their agencies when receiving requests and recommendations from agencies, organizations, and individuals to ensure the implementation of the principles stipulated in Article 2 of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Department of Justice of Hai Duong province to preside over, guide, and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and departments, branches, sectors, district-level People's Committees and relevant agencies to organize a review and accurately determine the handling plan for legal documents affected by the organizational arrangement, develop plans and procedures for handling legal documents.
The review will be completed before May 19 (3 months from the effective date of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15).
