On the afternoon of February 28, Hoa Binh Provincial Police held a conference to transfer state management tasks from the Departments to the Provincial Police, and at the same time announced decisions on personnel work.
At the conference, Hoa Binh Provincial Police received state management tasks from the Departments under the direction of the governing Ministries.
Accordingly, receive the handover of state management tasks for drug addiction treatment and post-drug addiction management from the Ministry of Home Affairs; receive the transfer of state management tasks for criminal records and public services for issuing criminal records from the Ministry of Justice; receive the transfer of tasks for training, testing, and granting road motor vehicle driving licenses from the Ministry of Construction; receive the transfer of state management tasks for safety and network information security from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
At the conference, Hoa Binh Provincial Police also announced the disolution of the District and City Police and affiliated organizations under the province, and at the same time arranged, transferred, and assigned 996 officers including 280 leaders, commanders, and 916 officers and soldiers.

Immediately after the Conference, the leaders of Hoa Binh Provincial Police set out 12 important requirements to ensure the transfer process took place smoothly and effectively. In particular, the assigned and transferred cadres need to urgently take up their tasks at the new unit, ensuring continuity, avoiding affecting people and businesses. Training, fostering expertise, ensuring security and order, as well as perfecting the organizational apparatus are key tasks in the coming period.
