At the discussion session, questions and answers, the issue of business development received the attention of delegates.
Delegate Nguyen Van Hung - Secretary of Tay Son District Party Committee - stated the current situation, in the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province had more than 700 newly registered enterprises, but of which about 560 enterprises temporarily suspended operations or were dissolved.

According to Mr. Hung, the above figures show that the number of newly established enterprises and the number of enterprises that have stopped or dissolved do not have a large difference. In the context that the province's investment environment is currently assessed as quite good, this is a cause for concern.
"I suggest that leaders of departments and branches study and find solutions to overcome and promote the operations of new enterprises," Mr. Hung commented.

Explaining the above issue, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Director of the Department of Finance of Binh Dinh province - said that temporary suspension or dissolution of enterprises is a very normal thing in life. Because there are enterprises that were established many years ago, but their business operations are facing difficulties, especially in terms of capital and market, so they have to stop.
In addition, the world economic situation, war, conflict... have caused many businesses to fall into difficult situations, so they have withdrawn. Most of the enterprises in Binh Dinh are small-scale, household-based, so their vision and development strategy are still limited... so the decline of enterprises is understandable.
"Although it is normal, it does not mean we let them. We still have to continue to review and remove obstacles and difficulties in information, capital sources, markets, etc. to support businesses' operations," said Mr. Hai.
According to the Director of the Department of Finance of Binh Dinh province, in the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province had about 800 newly established enterprises, 39 dissolved enterprises, and 542 enterprises temporarily suspended operations. Of which, 192 enterprises have returned to operation - proving that enterprises are in a recovery trend.
"To improve the business environment and support stable business operations, in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on effectively implementing Resolution No. 68 on private economic development, contributing to promoting the development of the business community in the province.
Implement administrative reform well, promote digital transformation in enterprises. Regularly dialogue, actively and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses. Conduct inspections and checks in accordance with regulations, without affecting the operations of enterprises", Mr. Hai stated the solution.
