Ung Hoa district has 4 new administrative units after the arrangement, including: Van Dinh, Ung Thien, Hoa Xa and Ung Hoa.
According to the report of the Organizing Committee of Ung Hoa District Party Committee, Ung Hoa has 521 cadres who need to be reorganized, while the maximum total payroll allocated to the new 4 communes is only 240 people, equivalent to 46% of the total number of cadres.
The number of cadres to be arranged in the communes is as follows: Ung Thien Commune has 79 people, Van Dinh Commune has 77 people, Hoa Xa Commune has 89 people and Ung Hoa Commune has the largest number with 114 people.
Notably, 71 commune-level cadres and 11 district-level cadres have proactively registered for early retirement or applied for leave, creating favorable conditions for streamlining the apparatus and gradually rejuvenating the grassroots cadres.
This puts a lot of pressure on the work of arranging and streamlining personnel scientifically and reasonably, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the new administrative model.
Representatives of the leaders of communes and towns expressed their wishes and recommendations related to the work of arranging and assigning cadres after the merger. Many opinions hope to be arranged in accordance with expertise and strengths; at the same time, it is proposed to have a reasonable support policy for those who retire under the streamlining period.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Ung Hoa District Party Committee Nguyen Chi Vien said that the district acknowledged the sense of responsibility of the staff, especially those who, although still having time to work, proactively resign to make room for young staff with the ability to continue training and contributing.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requested the new communes to promptly review and propose specific personnel plans, and at the same time complete the handover of documents and records, complete procedures for cadres on leave before July 1, 2025, ensuring legitimate rights and without interrupting the operations of the grassroots administrative apparatus.
