Hoang Mai ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Yen So, Thinh Liet (belonging to Hoang Mai district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Giap Bat, Hoang Liet, Tan Mai, Tuong Mai, Hoang Van Thu, Vinh Hung, Linh Nam, Tran Phu (belonging to Hoang Mai district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the District Party Committee, People's Council - People's Committee of Hoang Mai District as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Hoang Mai ward.
Vinh Hung ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Vinh Hung, Thanh Tri (belonging to Hoang Mai district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Linh Nam (belonging to Hoang Mai district); Vinh Tuy (belonging to Hai Ba Trung district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Vinh Hung Ward as the headquarters of the new People's Council - People's Committee of Vinh Hung Ward.
Tuong Mai ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Tuong Mai, Hoang Van Thu, Giap Bat (belonging to Hoang Mai district); Truong Dinh (belonging to Hai Ba Trung district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Phuong Liet (belonging to Thanh Xuan district); Dong Tam, Minh Khai (belonging to Hai Ba Trung district); Vinh Hung, Tan Mai, Mai Dong (belonging to Hoang Mai district).

Hoang Liet ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of Hoang Liet ward (belonging to Hoang Mai district); part of the natural area and population of Dai Kim ward (belonging to Hoang Mai district); communes: Tam Hiep, Thanh Liet, Van Dien town (belonging to Thanh Tri district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Hoang Liet ward as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Hoang Liet ward.
Yen So ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of Yen So ward (belonging to Hoang Mai district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Thinh Liet, Hoang Liet, Tran Phu (belonging to Hoang Mai district); Tu Hiep commune, Van Dien town (belonging to Thanh Tri district).
It is expected to arrange a temporary working headquarters at one of the existing student buildings in Phap Van - Tu Hiep urban area.
