At the conference, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province also approved the scenarios and targets for socio-economic development of Ca Mau province in the period of 2025 - 2030 after merging Bac Lieu province and Ca Mau province. It is expected that 21 socio-economic development targets will be set, in which the average GRDP growth rate in the period of 2026 - 2030 is about 10 - 10.5%/year. Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Quoc Viet suggested that district and commune levels continue to urgently complete the project to reorganize their apparatus to submit to the province soon to promptly remove obstacles and add appropriate cadres.
