On the morning of April 22, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on merging Ninh Binh Newspaper and Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station with the new name of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television Station. Ninh Binh Radio and Television Newspaper officially came into operation from May 2, 2025.
Also at the conference, the representative of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board also announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on personnel work of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television Station.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Ngoc Quang - Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper was appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Radio and Television.
Mr. Le Manh Hung - Director of Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station; Nguyen Dinh Chuyen - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper; Nguyen Van Sai - Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station and Ms. Pham Kim Hue - Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station were transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Radio and Television Station. The appointment period is 5 years from May 2, 2025.
