On April 4, the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2020 - 2025, held the 67th Conference.
The conference to carry out the organization of personnel, discuss and agree through the following contents: the report of the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee for comments on the project of consolidating Cao Bang newspaper and Cao Bang Radio and Television Station; The report of the Provincial Party Committee Office asked for the draft report on the results of the performance of the first quarter, the task of the second quarter of 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee and a number of other tasks.
The delegates agreed on the content of the Proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the Project to merge Cao Bang Newspaper and Cao Bang Radio and Television Station.
Accordingly, the managing unit is the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee; the new name is Cao Bang Newspaper, the head office is located at the Cao Bang Newspaper (Group 5, Song Hien Ward, Cao Bang City) and Station 2 at the old PT-TH Station (87 Be Van Dan, Hop Giang Ward).
The organizational apparatus includes 122 positions and 6 labor contracts; after the merger, 5 departments were reduced, and the positions were streamlined by 22%, with a budget reduction of about 20% per year. The appointment of the Editor-in-Chief will be carried out according to regulations.
The conference also unanimously approved the Submission of the Provincial Party Committee Office on the Report on the results of the first quarter and tasks for the second quarter of 2025.
At the meeting, delegates also agreed to prepare the contents for the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee in mid-April and launched the peak period "180 days to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" along with a number of other important contents.
