Activities of exchanging, sharing and exchanging experiences on administrative reform, shortening the time to carry out investment procedures, creating favorable conditions for investors and businesses to learn about investment opportunities. Actively coordinate the organization and participation in many activities connecting supply and demand of goods to promote trade and introduce typical products between the two localities with provinces and cities across the country.
In the field of social security, the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center and Bac Lieu Province both participated in 10 online job fairs in the Mekong Delta and coordinated information on the demand for recruiting Vietnamese workers to work in locations expected to recruit foreign workers.
Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thieu emphasized: The similarities and advantages of the two localities in the coming time will help the new province achieve the double-digit economic growth target. In particular, when the two provinces of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu merge into a common province, there will be many room for development, the advantages of Bac Lieu province are quite similar to Ca Mau.
After listening to the parties evaluating the results of cooperation between the two provinces, the Secretary of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee suggested the leaders of the two provinces focus on calculating solutions to better promote the location of the new province in the coming time, especially in the fields of strengths such as: marine economy, clean energy, agriculture, tourism ... These solutions must be included in the document of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee (newly exploited). Bringing the province developed.
Not as expected
The cooperation program between Ca Mau province and Bac Lieu province is also assessed to face some difficulties.
Some specialized units of departments and branches have not proactively contacted to develop and concretize the coordination content for each area of responsibility, so the cooperation results are not high.
Not yet coordinated to organize art performances between the two provinces of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu according to the cooperation program of exchanging at least once a year, on the occasion of major holidays of each locality.
Cooperation, exchange, and sharing of experiences in state management in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, and family periodicals are not regular.
Not often meeting directly to exchange experiences, learning from experiences in the fields of investment in transport infrastructure development and other fields, exploiting the strengths of each locality to cooperate, invest, and contribute to local economic and social development.
Notably, there have been no annual or surprise and rotating conferences in each locality to evaluate implementation results, learn from experience, resolve difficulties and problems arising in practice to continue implementing and expanding cooperation content.
