The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation inspected the projects including: the Southern Thai Binh beltway (from the S1 overpass to the extended Chu Van An road); Thai Binh General Hospital at the Provincial Medical Center and the coastal road through the province.
At the Southern Thai Binh Ring Road project, contractors are currently rushing to complete the final items. However, progress still faces some problems related to traffic organization at intersections, construction sites for connecting roads and land for planting trees on both sides of the route.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung requested the provincial departments, functional branches and local authorities to urgently coordinate with investors to completely resolve the problems in the site, ensuring full handover to the contractor on schedule; at the same time, have an effective construction protection plan. The construction unit took advantage of favorable weather, speed up progress, and completed items such as painting road markings, signs, and lighting, ensuring quality and safety of the project.
The Department of Construction coordinates with relevant units to review and propose traffic organization plans at intersections with residential roads, both meeting technical requirements and ensuring people's lives.
Inspecting the preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Thai Binh General Hospital project at the Provincial Medical Center, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Management Board of Investment and Construction Project No. 2 to closely coordinate with the Department of Health, Tran Lam Ward and investors to carefully prepare the necessary conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony to take place according to plan, solemnly, safely and effectively.
For the coastal road through the province - a key traffic project of strategic significance in connecting Thai Binh Economic Zone with neighboring localities such as Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung emphasized the requirement for construction units to work overtime, increase shifts, mobilize human resources and means to speed up construction progress, contributing to the completion of the goal of synchronous infrastructure development, promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
Determining the inauguration ceremony and groundbreaking ceremony of key projects and works of the province on the occasion of National Day 2.9 as an important political event, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung noted that relevant agencies, units and localities must closely coordinate and prepare well the conditions for serving the ceremony at solemn, meaningful, smooth and economical locations. The preparation process ensures absolute safety for people and vehicles and ensures traffic safety, without affecting people's lives.
