At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the Project "Building Hung Yen province into a modern industrial province, belonging to the leading group in the country in the period 2026 - 2030, vision to 2045"; and at the same time considering the proposal to issue a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on adjusting socio-economic development tasks in 2026.
The conference listened to and gave opinions on the contents expected to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the Extraordinary Session in February 2026, including regulations on fees and charges; the application of Resolution No. 24/2024/NQ-HĐND on financial support for religious organizations and dignitaries and the Project on merging the Hung Yen Provincial Farmers' Support Fund and Thai Binh province (old), establishing the Hung Yen Provincial Farmers' Support Fund, and some other contents.
After discussing and giving specific opinions on each report content, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and members of the Provincial People's Committee highly agreed with the contents, reports, and submissions of departments, branches, and units.
Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant agencies to continue to review, supplement, and complete dossiers, submissions, and draft resolutions, ensuring strict legal basis, clarity in content, and in accordance with authority and legal regulations.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned departments, branches, and units to proactively coordinate and carefully prepare the conditions, ensuring the quality of the content submitted at the Extraordinary Session of the Provincial People's Council, thereby improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, creating consensus and unity in organization and implementation, meeting the development requirements of the province in the new period.
