State budget revenue achieved positive results right from the beginning of the year. Investment attraction achieved outstanding results with 29 new investment projects and 17 turns of project adjustments to increase capital. However, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also frankly pointed out some limitations, in which in some places, leadership, direction, and administration work is still clumsy; administrative discipline and order are not really strict, and the sense of responsibility of a part of officials and civil servants has not met the requirements of tasks in the new period.
Therefore, departments, branches, and localities need to seriously recognize, learn from experience, and promptly rectify.
