Implementing regulations on rotation, transfer, and periodic change of working positions of civil servants and public employees of the State Audit Office (SA), on the afternoon of September 19, in Hanoi, the SA held a ceremony to announce and present the State Auditor General's Decision on personnel work.
At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the State Auditor General, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Do Van Tao announced the Decisions of the State Auditor General on the transfer and appointment of 21 Department-level leaders.
Deputy State Auditor General Nguyen Tuan Anh presented the Decision on transfer and appointment and congratulated 21 Department-level leaders who were transferred and appointed on this occasion.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Deputy State Auditor General Nguyen Tuan Anh said that implementing Regulation No. 131-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in inspection, supervision, enforcement of party discipline and in inspection and auditing activities; Regulation No. 114-QD/TW dated July 11, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work, the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, Resolution No. 70-NQ/BCS dated April 22, 2024 of the State Audit Party Committee and Regulations on rotation, transfer of civil servants and secondment, periodic transfer of working positions of civil servants and public employees of the State Audit; In particular, implementing the policy of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee and the State Audit's Leadership in personnel work, creating conditions for civil servants to be trained, fostered and challenged, especially young civil servants with potential, helping civil servants to become more mature and steadfast, meeting the immediate and long-term requirements of the whole Industry; gradually adjusting the arrangement of civil servants reasonably, making the transfer work routine and regular, creating one of the fundamental breakthroughs contributing to profound innovation in the management and use of civil servants, the training and fostering of civil servants in leadership and management, today, the Party Executive Committee and the State Audit's Leadership organized the Ceremony to announce and hand over the transfer and appointment decisions for 21 civil servants in leadership and management at the Department level of the State Audit.
21 leaders were mobilized and appointed, including:
1. Comrade Ngo Minh Kiem, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region VII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region I.
2. Comrade Nguyen Duc Tin, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region V, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region XIII.
3. Comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Director of the General Department, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office III.
4. Comrade Hoang Van Luong, Chief Auditor of State Audit Department III, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of General Department.
5. Comrade Tran Khanh Hoa, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IV, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Sector Ib.
6. Comrade Nguyen Huu Phuc, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Sector Ib, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region IV.
7. Comrade Pham Van Hoc, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Specialized Area Ia.
8. Comrade Nguyen Van Giap, Chief Auditor of State Audit Department Ia, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Department V.
9. Comrade Tran Hai Dong, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office V, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XI.
10. Comrade Doan Chien Thang, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region XI, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region VII.
11. Comrade Truong Duc Thanh, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IV, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IX.
12. Comrade Nguyen Duc Sy, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region I, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region V.
13. Comrade Vuong Nguyen Luong, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office I, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XII.
14. Comrade Vo Van Tho, Deputy Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region XIII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region IV.
15. Comrade Phan Danh Binh, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of Region VIII.
16. Comrade Nguyen Huy Hai, Deputy Chief of Office of the Party Executive Committee, Party Committee, and Mass Organizations was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region III.
17. Comrade Hoang Van Sy, Vice Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of the State Audit Office for the 2020-2025 term, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office, specialized in Ib.
18. Comrade Nguyen Tien Tho, Head of Division of State Audit, Sector VII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Party Executive Committee, Party Committee, and Mass Organizations.
19. Comrade Dao Trong Khanh, Head of Division of State Audit Office Region XI, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region VIII.
20. Comrade Do Xuan Long, Head of Division of State Audit, specialized field Ia, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit, Region XIII.
