On June 24, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh - Senior Prosecutor, former Chief Prosecutor of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy (after merging Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam). The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025 with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Also on this occasion, the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decisions to appoint 8 Deputy Directors from the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam as Deputy Directors of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
On the afternoon of June 24, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Chief Prosecutors and Deputy Chief Prosecutors of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the People's Procuracy of Quang Binh province - was appointed to hold the position of Director of the People's Procuracy of Quang Tri province (new) from July 1, 2025. At the same time, 6 Deputy Heads of the People's Procuracies of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces will continue to hold positions after the merger of the provinces.
On the same day, June 24, in Tuyen Quang, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lap - Director of the Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Director of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger, from July 1, 2025.
Along with that are the decisions to appoint the positions of Deputy Directors of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy: Nguyen Xuan Hung, Pham Ngoc Hai, Dinh Quoc Hung, Nguyen Thi Tu Anh, La Ngoc Thien, Nguyen Van Cuong; the decisions to appoint 8 Directors and 37 Deputy Directors of the Regional People's Procuracy.
Also in the week, on June 25, in Da Nang City, the Supreme People's Procuracy issued a decision to appoint Mr. Tran Hoai Nam to hold the position of Director of the Da Nang City People's Procuracy from July 1, 2025.

On the same day, June 25, the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision on the appointment of Mr. Doan Anh Phuong - Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Director of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province (old) - to hold the position of Director of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province (after the merger). The decision is effective for a period of 5 years, from July 1, 2025.
Along with that, 5 Mr/Ms: Nguyen Van Luong, Nguyen Xuan Hong, Nguyen Thi Lan, Nguyen Van Uyen and Nguyen Truong Tho were appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the new People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province.
On June 25, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem - Director of Hau Giang Provincial People's Procuracy - received a decision to appoint him to the position of Director of Can Tho City People's Procuracy after the merger, for a term of 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
The individuals appointed as Deputy Directors of the Can Tho City People's Procuracy include: Tran Thi Tam, Nguyen Thanh Sang, Pham Chi Lang, Le Nguyen Truong Son.
On June 26, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Van Minh announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc - Director of the Kien Giang Provincial People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Director of the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
Appointing Mr/Ms: Nguyen Huu Tuong, Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Ho Tien Dung to hold the position of Deputy Director of the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
During the week, Lai Chau province also had a new Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy. Accordingly, Mr. Do Nguyet Que - Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Director of the Department of Crime Statistics and Digital Transformation of the Supreme People's Procuracy - was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Lai Chau Provincial People's Procuracy, the appointment term is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
