Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, during his tenure as Party Secretary and Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, violated Party regulations and State laws on corruption prevention and control and in performing assigned duties and tasks.

At the same time, violating the regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, causing bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization, agency, unit and individual to the point of requiring disciplinary action.

On May 15, news from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission said that it had decided to discipline Mr. Vu Tien Dung - Chief Accountant of Dak Lak Provincial Political School with a warning.
