In Decision No. 793/QD-TTg dated August 5, 2024, the Prime Minister decided to impose discipline in the form of a warning against Mr. Le Thanh Cung, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee , former Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term (the period from December 2011 to February 2015).
Mr. Le Thanh Cung was disciplined due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Committee has enforced disciplinary action on the party, the disciplinary enforcement period is from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1539- Decision/UBKTTW dated June 24, 2024 of the Central Inspection Committee.
In Decision No. 794/QD-TTg dated August 5, 2024, the Prime Minister decided to impose discipline in the form of a warning against Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee , former Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the terms 2011-2016, 2016-2021 (the period from August 2014 to August 2019) due to violations and shortcomings in the work of the Central Inspection Committee. enforced party discipline.
Previously, from June 12 to 14, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Committee held its 42nd session.
According to the content of the meeting, individuals: Le Thanh Cung - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Trinh - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned responsibilities and tasks. ; in leading and directing the implementation of bidding packages carried out by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC) and businesses in the AIC ecosystem;
