On the morning of May 19, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 889 of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Bui Phi Hung - Head of the Sectoral Economic Department, Department of Finance was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance. The term of appointment is 5 years, from May 15, 2026.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Bui Phi Hung affirmed that in the coming time, he will join the leadership of the Department of Finance to focus on advising on the effective implementation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
Along with that, continue to advise on prioritizing resources for education, health, social security, especially the system of inter-level boarding schools in border communes, hospital projects, and medical examination and treatment facilities.
Also on the morning of May 19, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board organized a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 939 of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Le Ba Son - Chairman of Sin Ho Commune People's Committee was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The term of appointment is 5 years, from May 15, 2026.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Le Ba Son said that he will continue to strive, promote the spirit of responsibility, and unite with the unit collective to innovate, improve the quality of advice, management and effectively implement investment and construction projects, meeting the socio-economic development requirements of the province.
