Disbursement mark and support for workers
In the period 2023 - 2025, the movement to study and follow Uncle Ho in Lai Chau has seen many advanced examples in the team of civil servants and workers.
At the grassroots Trade Union of the Lai Chau Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, studying and following Uncle Ho is concretized by ethical standards and practical actions, especially the spirit of practicing thrift and combating wastefulness.
In the past period, the project management scale of the unit has continuously increased, reaching a high level in 2025 after receiving 88 projects in their original state from the old district and city levels.
Financial management and disbursement of public investment capital also recorded many positive results. The disbursement rate in 2023 reached 133%, equivalent to more than 382 billion VND; in 2024 it reached over 407 billion VND and in 2025 it is estimated to reach more than 1,060 billion VND.
In parallel with professional tasks, the role of trade union organizations is always promoted effectively. The unit fully and on time implements salary, bonus and welfare regimes for 100% of officials and employees.
Thanks to maintaining good democracy regulations and dialogue at the workplace, the agency did not generate collective labor disputes or over-level complaints.
In 2025 alone, the unit mobilized 97.8 million VND for charity funds.
Dedicated to people's health
In the field of healthcare, Specialist Doctor I Phan Thi Tan - Deputy Director, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Duong General Hospital - is a typical example of responsibility and medical ethics.
Identifying that practicing medical ethics is associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's style, Dr. Tan directly directed the synchronous implementation of the model "Innovating the style and attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction".
In professional work, doctors directly participated in directing the organization of good medical examination and treatment activities with 128,803 visits, reaching 100.5% of the plan.
Not only doing a good job of management, Doctor Tan is also the owner of many scientific initiatives of high practical value. Prominent is the initiative to apply the technique of second cesarean section surgery right at the district health level.
This solution helps many pregnant women in the old Tam Duong district with old surgical scars not have to be transferred to provincial hospitals, thereby reducing costs and travel time for patients and their families.
In her position as Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union, Dr. Phan Thi Tan always cares for and closely directs activities to care for and support union members.
Promoting the spirit of mutual affection, she also mobilized union members to actively participate in social and charity activities with a total contribution of more than 270 million VND.
With outstanding contributions and achievements, the grassroots Trade Union of the Lai Chau Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and Doctor Phan Thi Tan personally were awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for typical advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style in the period 2023 - 2025.
