Lam Dong - The Provincial People's Committee requested that units complete the dossier to streamline the apparatus before February 10, 2025.

On January 15, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch on urgently completing the Project to reorganize specialized agencies and public service units.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies and units to urgently review and develop a rearrangement plan.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee clearly identified the number of redundant people associated with streamlining the payroll. Evaluated the quality and restructured the personnel in the direction of "the apparatus must be streamlined - the staff must be proficient".

Agencies and units must complete the dossier on streamlining the apparatus before February 10, 2025.

Lam Dong Province also requires that the process of reorganizing the apparatus does not affect the implementation of assigned tasks. Do not leave vacant areas and functional areas managed by the unit.

The collective leadership of the Party Committee, government and heads of agencies, organizations and units are responsible for the process of evaluating and deciding on those who have to leave their jobs due to organizational restructuring.

Accordingly, reduce at least 20% of civil servants and public employees receiving salaries from the State budget.

The process of streamlining personnel ensures that it does not affect the results of assigned tasks.
