Commemorating the 81st National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), on the morning of August 28, a delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and ministries and sectors came to lay wreaths and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
General Secretary and President To Lam attended the memorial service. Also attending were Politburo members: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former President Nguyen Minh Triet; former President Luong Cuong; former Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung; former Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong, along with members of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister, Party and State leaders... and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and mass organizations attended the memorial service.


The delegation's wreath bears the words: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".
Next, the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid respects to President Ho Chi Minh at the Mausoleum.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State expressed their sincere respect and boundless gratitude to Uncle Ho, the founder and trainer of our Party, as well as his great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and nation.
After visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government and the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front came to lay wreaths, offer incense, and commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the heroic martyrs on Bac Son Street.


In a solemn atmosphere, delegates commemorated the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
The delegation's wreath bears the words: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".
On the same morning, delegations of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense; Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security... came to lay wreaths, enter the Mausoleum to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh and commemorate the heroic martyrs.
