Commemorating the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 19, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
General Secretary and President To Lam led the delegation. Participating in the delegation were comrades: Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former Politburo member, former President Luong Cuong; Politburo member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung; former Politburo member, former Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Politburo members, former Politburo members; Secretary of the Party Central Committee; former Secretary of the Party Central Committee; leaders of departments, ministries, branches, the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations...
The delegation's wreath bears the words: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".


Today, the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army solemnly celebrate the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural figure.
He founded and trained the Communist Party of Vietnam; sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people of the world.
He is the shining embodiment of morality, wisdom, spirit and conscience of the era; is a noble symbol of the aspiration for independence, freedom, peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people. Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style will forever be the spiritual foundation and guiding principle for the Party and the Vietnamese nation to move forward to achieve new victories.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the leaders and former leaders of the Party and State respectfully expressed their infinite gratitude for his contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation; vowed to continue to study and follow Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style, constantly striving to realize his aspirations and wishes for a strong and prosperous Vietnam, with a prosperous and happy people.
Following that, the delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State came to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the heroic martyrs on Bac Son Street.
Delegates respectfully remembered the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
