The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on the management and use of public assets and guidance of the Ministry of Finance in developing plans for arranging, arranging and handling public assets. The reorganization and re -arrangement of properties and properties must be implemented simultaneously with the process of making, submitting, evaluating and approving the scheme to reorganize the administrative unit.
