This center will be an administrative organization under the People's Committee of the commune, which is responsible for advising and assisting the communal People's Committee to build an electronic government, organize the implementation of the one -stop and one -door mechanism in the settlement of administrative procedures and provide public services for people and businesses. At the same time, the Center will also coordinate with the central state agencies to receive and return the administrative procedure results.
In order to ensure the operation of the one -stop shop without interruption after merging and receiving the task from the district level, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the relevant agencies and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to urgently assess the situation and prepare the tasks related to the organization and arrangement of activities of the commune public administrative service center.
Localities need to review and report on the planned location of the Center headquarters, the status of existing working equipment, and planned equipment transfer and supplementation. The report must be completed before May 20, 2025.
The Department of Science and Technology is assigned and coordinated with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and the relevant units and localities to advise and propose software, infrastructure and working equipment, ensuring the requirements of digital transformation in the settlement of administrative procedures. The Department of Finance is responsible for guiding localities on the use of headquarters and management and use of public assets of the Center.
The Provincial People's Committee Office will monitor, survey, assess the current situation, guide the organization and operation of the Center, advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to resolve issues under its authority and urge units and localities to implement the direction.
