On the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025, on January 25 (December 26), the delegation of Bac Ninh province led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Defense visited and wished General Pham Van Tra, former member of the Politburo, former Minister of National Defense, a happy new year at his private residence in Phu Lang village, Phu Lang commune, Que Vo town.
Accompanying him were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.
On behalf of the leaders of Bac Ninh province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan informed General Pham Van Tra about the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development that the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh have achieved in the past year, especially 2024, the first year of the term, the province has completed all 19 set targets.
Sending best wishes for health and a happy New Year to the General, the Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee hopes that General Pham Van Tra will continue to pay attention, follow and contribute valuable and enthusiastic opinions so that Bac Ninh can develop comprehensively in all fields, successfully achieve the set goals, and strive to soon turn Bac Ninh into a centrally-run city.
General Pham Van Tra thanked the provincial leaders for their attention and expressed his joy and excitement at the achievements of Bac Ninh province in 2024.
At the same time, he hoped that the Party Committee, government and people in the province would continue to promote the precious traditions of their homeland, successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and contribute to building Bac Ninh province to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
