Accordingly, the People's Committee of Lao Cai province assigned the Department of Home Affairs to advise on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Provincial Inspectorate, and at the same time review, amend, supplement and complete legal documents related to the organization and operation of inspections in sectors and fields according to shortened procedures.

Advis Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee to submit to competent authorities to adjust the payroll of civil servants for departments (with inspection organizations), People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

Coordinate with Lao Cai Provincial Inspectorate, departments (with inspection organizations), People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to hand over civil servant payroll, personnel and related records, documents and tasks according to the decision of competent authorities after finishing operations.

Inspectorate of Lao Cai province shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, Departments of Finance, Departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to receive the payroll of civil servants, personnel, related tasks and documents, documents, assets, equipment and finance under the decision of the competent authority after the end of the activities of the district inspection and the Department Inspectorate.
