On February 12, information from Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies directly under Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
Thus, party organizations and party members in advisory agencies, public service units of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, associations assigned by the Party and State, and specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee and Youth Union will belong to the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies from February 15, 2025.
In addition, the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Party Committee will be established under the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, including party organizations in specialized agencies, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, a number of central vertical agencies, and state-owned enterprises from February 15, 2025.
The functions, tasks and organizational structure of these two new Party Committees will be implemented according to regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
Previously, on February 6, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Party Delegation; the Provincial Women's Union Party Delegation; the Provincial Labor Federation Party Delegation; the Provincial Farmers' Association Party Delegation; the Provincial Veterans' Association Party Delegation; and the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations.
Along with that, the activities of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy; Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court; Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc ended.
Also on February 6, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, transferring functions and tasks to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
