The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to inspect the implementation of the law on handling administrative violations in the tax sector in the city.
The inspection aims to review and evaluate the implementation of laws on administrative sanctions in the field of tax at a number of agencies and units in the city; detect limitations, problems, inadequacies, errors, and violations in the implementation of laws on handling administrative violations to promptly rectify, handle, and overcome. Prevent, combat and stop violations in the enforcement of laws on administrative sanctions in the field of tax; strengthen discipline and administrative discipline in organizing the implementation and application of laws to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement on handling administrative violations.
At the same time, detect regulations that are not consistent, synchronous or not suitable to reality to promptly propose amendments, supplements, repeals or issue new legal documents on handling administrative violations in the tax sector or other relevant legal documents.
The inspection content focuses on state management of law enforcement on administrative sanctions in the tax sector; the application of laws on administrative sanctions in the tax sector.
The subjects of inspection are the Hanoi Tax Department and the Tax Departments: Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Cau Giay, Dong Da, Dong Anh, Dan Phuong, Hoai Duc, Gia Lam, Long Bien, Tax Departments of Thach That - Quoc Oai area.
In case the agencies subject to inspection have changes in their names and organizations due to the implementation of merger, arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the direction of the superior agency, the subject of inspection is the new unit inheriting the rights and obligations of the merged unit and is the subject of inspection.
The inspection time is in the third quarter of 2025. The inspection period is from January 1, 2024 to December 30, 2024.
