Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 827/QD-TTg to establish the Prime Minister's Working Group on implementing investment in the road connecting Gia Binh airport with Hanoi capital and building a logistics center in the Gia Binh airport area (Working Group).
Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha is the Head of the Working Group.
The Deputy Heads of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha (Standing Deputy Head of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan; Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Ngoc Lam.
The members of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of Finance Do Thanh Trung; Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Le Minh Ngan; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan; Deputy Head of the Government Office Nguyen Sy Hiep; Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son.
The working group is responsible for assisting the Prime Minister in directing, urging, coordinating and coordinating ministries, branches and localities to resolve tasks related to the implementation of investment in projects; regularly monitoring the implementation, inspection and synthesis; promptly resolving and removing related difficulties and obstacles to ensure implementation progress.
The working group researched and proposed to the Prime Minister directions, solutions, mechanisms, and policies to remove obstacles, mobilize resources, and speed up implementation progress; carry out other specific related tasks according to the assignment and direction of the Prime Minister.
The Decision clearly states that the Working Group is responsible to the Prime Minister for performing the tasks specified in this Decision.
The working group works under a collective regime, promoting the individual responsibility of the head; members perform tasks under a concurrent regime, responsible for assigned tasks.
