The most vivid metaphor for the correctness of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on national unity
Before the founding of the Viet Minh Front, in about 10 years, since the founding of the Party (1930-1940), the Party had 5 policies to establish the National Unity Front with different names. These are: Anti- trope society (November 11, 1930); People's Unity Front against the Indochina government (July 1936); Dong Duong Democratic Unity Front (March 3, 1938); Dong Duong National Unity Front against the French-Hit nationalists (11.1939); United National Front against the French-Hit anti-French Socialists (11.1940).

Affirming the role in the August Revolution
The August Revolution of 1945 was an important milestone in the history of the Vietnamese people, marking the end of colonial rule and feudal rule, opening a new page in the history of national independence.
To achieve this victory, an important factor that cannot be ignored is the birth and operation of the Viet Minh Front - the political organization of the Indochinese Communist Party, under the direct leadership of Ho Chi Minh. The Viet Minh Front is not only a pioneer force in the cause of national liberation, but also a symbol of the strength of the spirit of great national unity.
During the preparation for the August Revolution, the Viet Minh Front played a key role in building and strengthening the strength of national unity. One of the first and most important actions of the Front was to launch struggles against French colonial rule and Japanese socialism, while arousing patriotism and resistance in all classes of people.
In the context of the severe hunger in 1945, the Viet Minh Front launched the movement "Shooting rice warehouses, solving hunger", calling on people to unite to destroy Japanese rice warehouses, share to save hunger and provide food to soldiers and tourists. These movements took place strongly in the Bac Ky and North Central provinces, attracting the participation of millions of people. This action not only demonstrates the ingenuity in combining political goals and urgent requirements of people's lives, but also highlights the spirit of solidarity in the Viet Minh Front.
The organization of the National Liberation Committees at all levels of communes, districts and nationwide, along with the issuance of Military Command No. 1 on August 13, 1945, ordered the General Uprising, helped the Viet Minh Front quickly mobilize and organize the masses to participate in the uprising, gaining power in the August Revolution.
The strength of the spirit of great national unity that the Front creates not only helps defeat the enemy but also serves as a solid foundation for the development and consolidation of the revolutionary government in the future. The victory of the August Revolution is the clearest proof of the unmatched strength of national unity in the struggle for independence and freedom.
On September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), in front of tens of thousands of people, President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the Provisional Government, read the Declaration of Independence, declaring the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Delegate of the Vietnamese General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Luong Bang read the message calling on people nationwide to unite and fight to protect the newly won independence of the young people and strive to build a new society.
