3 breakthroughs at the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Organizing Committee

The Congress of the National Party Committee and Central organizations will propose three breakthroughs that will be focused on implementing in the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of September 18, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations held a meeting with press and media agencies to announce the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, term 2025-2030.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions; Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions chaired.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations are the Party Committees that comprehensively lead and direct the implementation of political tasks, established under Decision No. 245-QD/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo. The Party Committee has 25 affiliated Party organizations (including 4 grassroots Party Committees, 13 grassroots Party Committees, 8 grassroots Party cells) with more than 5,000 Party members. The Executive Committee consists of 31 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 13 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 5 comrades (Secretary, Standing Deputy Secretary and 4 full-time Deputy Secretaries).

Informing at the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Trade Unions - said that the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels to prepare and organize Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term was carried out methodically and comprehensively by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, ensuring compliance with the process, progress and goals and requirements set out.

Based on Directive No. 45- CT/TW of the Politburo and the plans and instructions of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee issued a Plan to guide the organization of Party congresses at all levels, clearly assigning the responsibility of each Standing Comrade of the Party Committee in charge of directing congresses of Party committees and subordinate Party cells, promptly handling problems and arising issues, especially issues related to personnel work.

The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Organizations for the 2025-2030 term is expected to take place over 2 days: September 22 and 23, 2025, at the Vietnam Youth Academy (No. 3 Chua Lang Street - Hanoi).

The Congress proposed three breakthroughs to be focused on during the term: Innovation in leadership methods according to new models; new thinking, new ways of doing things, new results; Strongly innovate content and methods of operation, strongly oriented towards the grassroots, residential areas, close to the people, close to the people, proactively serving the people; Focus on training, fostering, evaluating, arranging and effectively using the staff, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies and units; focus on training cadres through practical activities; closely linking " arguments with practice", " Saying goes hand in hand".

The Congress is a political event of historical significance: for the first time organizing the Congress of the Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, opening a new stage of development.

The theme of the Congress is associated with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development".

Regarding personnel work, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung said that the personnel preparation process is in accordance with procedures, public, transparent, ensuring standards, structure, and quantity according to the Politburo's Directive.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions - emphasized that in the new context, the requirements for the activities of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions are also very new.

Therefore, this congress must be a congress of solidarity, the highest determination to promote the intellectual strength of Party members and people of all walks of life to carry out the assigned tasks and requirements.
