On April 25, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council held the 18th thematic session, term X, 2021 - 2026.
At the session, Ms. Huynh Thi Chien Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council read the proposal to dismiss Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi from the position of Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee (term 2021 - 2026).
As a result, 100% of the delegates present voted and unanimously approved the dismissal of Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi from the position of Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, the Provincial People's Council issued a Resolution on confirming the results of the dismissal of Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi from the position of Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021 - 2026.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at the 114th thematic conference of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the decision of the Secretariat on agreeing to let Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee retire early was announced.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi was agreed to retire from April 15 according to his personal wishes. Previously, at the end of March 2025, Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi submitted an application for early retirement.
Mr. Nghi was born in 1965, from Quang Ngai province. During his working career, Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi has held the following positions: Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union; Secretary of the Krong Ana District Party Committee (Dak Lak province); Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak province; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
