Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs conduct public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of the title of Labor Hero.
Previously, the People's Committee of Tien Giang province submitted Document No. 265 to the Prime Minister for consideration and submitted to the President to award the title of "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Ta Van Tram, Director of Tien Giang General Hospital, Department of Health of Tien Giang province.
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee (Ministry of Home Affairs) issued Official Letter No. 1296 requesting to collect public opinions within 10 working days for individuals submitted for consideration and awarding the title of "Hero of Labor" to the above individual.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that comments should be sent to the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi before June 25, 2025 for synthesis.
