Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs conduct a public consultation on the proposed collective to be considered for the title of Labor Hero.
Previously, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province issued Document No. 2202/TTr-UBND, submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration, and proposed that the President award the title of "Hero of Labor" to the Party Committee, government and people of Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee has issued an official dispatch requesting public opinions within 10 working days for the collective submitted for consideration and awarded the above Labor Hero title.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that comments should be sent to the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi before January 16, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Central Emulation and Reward Council.
