The Tan Son Nhat Ward Party Committee (HCMC) is urgently issuing new party membership cards to 2,482 party members, determined to complete 100% of the target before August 15, 2025, earlier than the original plan.
Implementing the policy of the Central Organizing Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, from August 8, 2025, the Tan Son Nhat Ward Party Committee has begun to collect direct information to issue and renew new party member cards. This is an important political task to synchronize Party member data with the National Population Database, helping to standardize records and apply technology in Party building work.

To ensure progress, the Ward Party Construction Board has coordinated with the Ward Police to make a list and arrange locations for information collection at the Ward Police headquarters. With a modern software system and equipment, the issuance and exchange process is carried out quickly and accurately.

The issuance and exchange of cards is not only an administrative task but also has great significance. The senior party members also take it seriously to implement it, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and exemplary awareness. Mr. Phan Dinh Men, a 72-year-old Party member, shared: "For me, the Party card is a source of pride, a testament to 50 years of training and striving. I am very happy to have a new card".
