Talking to Lao Dong, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tan Hung ward said that the unit has just introduced the virtual assistant application "Ask - answer Tan Hung ward" in 3 languages: Vietnamese - English - Korean to religious establishments and foreigners in the area.

This is a model to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcome the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Hung Ward, term 2025-2030, and at the same time continue to do a good job of people's foreign affairs, connect with religious organizations and foreign communities in the area.

Mr. Khau Thien Thanh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hung Ward - said that this application allows Koreans to import directly in Korean. Other foreigners can use English to enter questions. The system will respond quickly, accurately and friendly to administrative procedures in the field of religion and belief, religious addresses and managers of faith groups in Tan Hung ward...

The way to use it is very simple, people just need to scan the QR code of the virtual Assistant, open a conversation interface, and enter questions in 1 of 3 languages. Immediately, the system will answer on your phone or computer in the language you entered, and at the same time, there will be an English version of the remaining 2 languages for the content of the answers, Mr. Thanh instructed.

Mr. Thanh also believes that the virtual assistant will become a useful bridge between the government, religious organizations and the foreign community, contributing to building a civilized, humane, breakthrough and developed Tan Hung ward.

The virtual assistant tool "Ask Tan Hung Ward in 3 languages" is built on the ChatGPT platform developed by OpenAI company, providing utilities such as quickly answering questions about the information of the ward apparatus organization (Party Committee, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee...); detailed information about the address can be reached by contacting with the working headquarters and the Ward Public Administration Service Center.

Along with that, this virtual assistant also supports in guiding documents and processes for procedures such as business registration, notarization, certification; looking up decisions and resolutions related to the organization of the ward apparatus...

The application serves online 24/7, helping to save time for people, while reducing the amount of repetitive work for the reception department.

Mr. Kim Hyeong Jin (Korean nationality, living in Tan Hung ward) shared: "I was quite surprised by the convenience of the application, hoping that the virtual assistant will be replicated throughout the city so that Korean people can access and view the instructions for administrative procedures themselves".

Application Receive and respond to opinions

A week ago, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hung Ward and the Youth Union of Tan Hung Ward (HCMC) also developed and launched an application to Receive and respond to people's opinions, reflections and comments on public services of Tan Hung Ward.

The application is a means to help people's information get closer to the government and get faster feedback. After receiving the information, the staff in charge of each content area of the ward according to their functions will respond to people's questions and reflections directly on the application platform through the comment function (endorsed).

The application not only creates favorable conditions for people to contribute opinions and reflect on the quality of public services and the service attitude of cadres and civil servants, but also clearly demonstrates the motto Taking the people as the center, promoting democracy, publicity and transparency in the activities of the serving government, strengthening the relationship between the Party, State and people, Mr. Thanh shared.
