Of the 91 people who applied for early retirement, 18 had less than 2 years of service left; 20 had 2 to 5 years of service left; 53 had more than 5 to 10 years of service left. In addition, 5 people retired under the severance policy.
According to Mr. Ngoc, most cadres, civil servants and public employees who apply for early retirement share that it is to facilitate agencies and organizations in streamlining their apparatus and creating opportunities for young cadres to contribute.

Currently, the list of people wishing to retire early has been sent by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh to the Department of Home Affairs of Ha Tinh for synthesis and consideration.
Mr. Nguyen Tri Ha - Head of the Ha Tinh Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection - shared that he still has 2 and a half years left until retirement age. However, to facilitate the organization's streamlining of the apparatus, he requested early retirement.
Mr. Ha does not know how much support he will receive, but following the organization's efforts, he has registered for early retirement.
