On August 26, at the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, awarded the 80-year Party Badge to 8 Party members of the province.

At the ceremony, Ms. Han Thi Huong, born in 1928, belonging to the Party Cell of Village 19, Van Xuan Commune Party Committee, shared about her journey of attachment to the Party.
At the age of 18, when I held hands to swear, I vowed to wholeheartedly follow the Party," Ms. Han Thi Huong said.
According to her, the 80-year Party membership badge is a noble recognition of the process of striving, training and dedication of Party members.

That reward also helps her to be more deeply aware of her responsibilities. The higher the Party's age, the greater the responsibility to preserve qualities, honor and tradition.
Ms. Han Thi Huong affirmed that she will continue to maintain faith, preserve revolutionary qualities, be exemplary in life and actively participate in activities in the locality. Thereby contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization.
She also sent her expectations to the young generation of cadres and Party members. She hopes that each person will maintain their political bravery, regularly cultivate morality and lifestyle, and constantly learn and improve their qualifications.
Dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good; be close to the people, respect the people, listen to the people and wholeheartedly serve the people," Ms. Han Thi Huong advised.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, emphasized that the Party Badge is a noble reward, recognizing the process of striving, training and dedication of Party members.
According to Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, looking at veteran Party members, it can be seen that the strength of the Party lies not only in the guidelines, organization and discipline.
That strength is first of all made from specific people, from the qualities, bravery, ethics, lifestyle and exemplary actions of each cadre and Party member.
If the Party wants to lead the people, it must be worthy of the people's trust. Party members who want to mobilize and persuade the people must first of all live purely, match words with deeds, adhere to Party discipline and be subject to the supervision of the people.
The lives of veteran Party members are also a reminder of ideals and responsibilities. Party members must not only live for themselves but also be responsible to the Party, the Fatherland and the people.
The higher the position, the more humble, clean and responsible you must be. The more important responsibilities assigned, the more you must know how to self-examine and protect yourself with discipline, morality, honor and responsibility to the people.
In the Party Badge awarding ceremony on the occasion of September this year, the entire Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee had 14,654 party members honored to receive Party Badges. Among them, 20 comrades were awarded the 80-year Party membership badge.
