At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision to retire Mr. Cao Xuan Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training (GDDT) and Decision No. 2026/QD-UBND, dated September 27, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong - Deputy Director of the Department of GDDT, to hold the position of Director of the Department of GDDT from October 1, 2024; the term of office is 5 years from the date of appointment.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dinh province, Nguyen Xuan Hong, thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee for trusting him with the task; the collective leadership, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the education and training sector for their trust and promised that in his new position, he would uphold his sense of responsibility, promote his work experience, continue to build the education and training sector of the province to develop more and more, and actively contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.

According to Decision No. 2028/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Tien - Chairman of the People's Committee of Y Yen district to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development from October 1, 2024; the term of office is 5 years from the date of appointment.
