On February 17, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work.
At the conference, the leaders of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on terminating the activities of the Party delegations and Party Executive Committees established by the Provincial Party Committee.
Decision to end the activities of 8 Party delegations, 3 Party Executive Committees: Party delegation of the Provincial People's Council; Party delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Party delegation of the Provincial Women's Union; Party delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation; Party delegation of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Party delegation of the Provincial Veterans' Association; Party delegation of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; Party delegation of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association. The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court; the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
Decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, Provincial Cadre Health Care Protection Board.
Establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term under the Provincial Party Committee. Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed as Party Secretary.

These two Party Committees officially came into operation from March 1.
The conference also announced the decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, named after the merger as the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, to come into operation from March 1. Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Speaking at the conference, Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Khanh Toan requested agencies and units to urgently deploy tasks according to the new organizational model; closely coordinate with competent agencies to closely follow the regulations and instructions of the Central and the province.
