Reporting on the results of implementing the direction of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Justice on the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the THADS System, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the General Department of THADS said:
On January 22 and February 3, the General Department of THADS issued documents directing the Directors of THADS Departments of provinces and centrally run cities to urgently develop plans to arrange THADS Sub-Departments at the district level, encouraging THADS Departments to arrange additional Sub-Departments with lower workloads than the average of the whole province, with suitable natural, socio-economic and historical conditions to establish inter-district THADS agencies; report on the arrangement plan at the department level under the provincial THADS Agency according to the approved plan in the draft Project on organization arrangement of the THADS System,...
Up to now, the THADS Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities have reported the results of the rearrangement of THADS Sub-Departments, basically ensuring the number decided by the Central Government.
The conference agreed with the report and discussed the criteria for arranging district-level THADS Sub-Departments, personnel arrangement plans, implementation of policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the THADS System according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government;...
Concluding the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai - General Director of the General Department of THADS - acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the collective leadership and civil servants of the Department of Organization and Personnel in advising on the organization and arrangement of the THADS System, and suggested that they continue to promote it.
The Party Committee and the General Department's leadership agreed on the plan to reorganize the district-level and department-level THADS Sub-Departments under the provincial THADS Agency, and requested the Department of Organization and Personnel to absorb the opinions expressed at the Conference and complete the report to the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Justice on the implementation of the reorganization of the THADS System.
