The Standing Committee of the National Assembly discussed the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on issues arising in legal provisions related to the organization and apparatus arrangement.

Today (February 5), the National Assembly Standing Committee will open its 42nd Session. As scheduled, the Session will take place from February 5-7, 2025 with many important contents.

This morning, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung announced the reason and introduced the delegates.

Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered the opening speech at the Session.

After the National Assembly Chairman delivers his opening speech, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law on Government Organization (amended) and two drafts: Resolution of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term; Resolution of the National Assembly on the structure and number of Government members for the 15th National Assembly term.

Also at this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended) and the draft Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended).

In particular, on February 5, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly to resolve issues arising in legal provisions related to the reorganization of the apparatus.
