On September 13, information from the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had just held a conference to announce decisions on establishing directly affiliated Party organizations and consolidating the organizational structure.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An province decided to establish the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including 17 directly affiliated party organizations with 211 party members.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the I Party Committee, term 2025-2030, consisting of 18 people, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 5 people.
Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung was appointed as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also decided to establish the Provincial People's Council Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including 3 directly affiliated party organizations with 44 party members.
Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khoi and Ms. Thai Thi An Chung were appointed as Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee.
Along with the establishment of 2 directly affiliated Party committees, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to rename the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
Functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work are transferred to the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations. This arrangement takes effect from September 15, 2026.
Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Than requested new organizations to quickly stabilize the apparatus, put operations into order, and ensure continuity and smoothness.
For the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to innovate the content and methods of operation in the direction of being close to the people, close to the people, and strongly towards the grassroots level; improve the quality of supervision, social criticism and propaganda and mobilization work for the people.
