On September 10, the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced Decision No. 354-QDNS/TW dated September 3, 2026 of the Secretariat approving the participation in the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the term 2025-2030 for Mr. Ha Trong Hai - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Ms. Dao Thi Lan Anh - Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Doan Ket ward.
Mr. Ha Trong Hai was born on June 6, 1974, native of Thuong Dinh commune, Phu Binh district (old), Thai Nguyen province. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, University of Forestry and Advanced Political Theory.
He used to hold many positions in Than Uyen and Tan Uyen districts such as Secretary of the District Youth Union, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Tan Uyen District People's Committee.
In October 2017, he held the position of Chief of Office of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee. From July 22, 2019, he was elected as Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee.
Ms. Dao Thi Lan Anh used to hold the position of Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Director of the Lai Chau Provincial Department of Home Affairs. From March 2026, she held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Doan Ket Ward.
